For Christmas 2021, we partnered up with Doon Village Pharmacy, Doon Pioneer Park Community Centre, Crispy Slice Pizza And Wings, Pioneer Park and Doon South residents, Groh Public School students and staff, and Mukul Verma to contribute 1259 toys to CTV Kitchener’s Toy Mountain Friday night. This is the largest donation they’ve ever received!

For the second year in a row, we joined forces with Bingeman’s for their Drive Thru Trick or Treat event 2021, where we distributed candy to children.

In conjunction with other small and local companies (Artful Design Online, Kitchener Waterloo Plant PopUp, Suits and Sawdust, Fresh Made Rolls and Ketchup and Kaviar), we welcomed the advent of spring by holding a Spring Giveaway. This giveaway’s lucky winner was Gisselle.

Both of the owners are great animal lovers. James has rescued a few animals, whereas Gurveer grew up on a farm and has a strong affinity for them. As a result, we wanted to donate some critical items to the KW & SP Humane Society.

There were more obstacles to overcome when the pandemic struck in 2020. Our goal was to make children happy over the holiday season. To promote Christmas Toy Mountain, we partnered up with Doon Village Pharmacy and donated toys to children.

During the holidays, we partnered up with Doon Village Dental and donated to The Food Bank of Waterloo Region which supported individuals in need of food in our community.

For Christmas, we had a giveaway called “A few of my favourite things” where we featured an Aprilaire humidifier. We collaborated with Artful Design Online, who made a beautiful Christmas-themed wreath. Melanie Brenner was our winner and her husband accepted the award on her behalf.

We partnered up with Bingemans for their Drive Thru Trick or Treat event on Halloween, where we handed out candy to kids.

In the year 2020, we had our inaugural Thanksgiving Furnace Giveaway. As a result, we made the decision to provide a free furnace to Katlyn Hiller!
