How to Enter:

  1. Submit Your Entry:
    Fill out the giveaway form by filling out the form below.
  2. Entry Period:
    Make sure to submit your entry between now and August 25th, 2024.
  3. Winner Announcement:
    The winner will be announced on September 1st, 2024. We will contact the lucky winner directly and also share the news on our website and social media channels.

Contest Rules

  1. Eligibility:
    The contest winner must reside within the Waterloo Region, Wellington County, or Brant County in Southwestern Ontario.
  2. Entry Submission:
    a. Participants must submit a photo of their “ugly” air conditioner (A/C) by 11:59 PM on August 25, 2024.
    b. Entries that do not feature an air conditioner will be disqualified.
  3. Winner Selection:
    a. The winner will be selected based on the condition of their A/C.
    b. Once a winner is chosen, we will assess the winner’s home to size a new A/C unit appropriately.
    c. The new A/C unit will be installed at no cost to the winner. This includes all installation costs and taxes.
  4. Winner Notification:
    a. The winner will be contacted via email and phone.
    b. The winner will also be announced on our Facebook Page and Instagram.
  5. General Conditions:
    a. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the contest organizers from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
    b. The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
  6. Reimbursement:
    a. In the event that a customer replaces their air conditioner prior to the contest deadline, but is subsequently determined to have had the ugliest air conditioner, and has purchased a new air conditioner from Total Aire Care in 2024, they will be reimbursed the full amount of their purchase.
    b. In the event that a participant wins the contest but has purchased an air conditioner from another company after submitting their entry, we will not provide reimbursement for their purchase from elsewhere.
  7. Privacy:
    With the exception of utilizing the winner’s photograph on our website and social media channels to announce the winner, participant information will be used exclusively for the purposes of this contest and will not be disclosed to any third parties.
  8. Furnace Exemption: Furnace repair is not included for the A/C winner. During the installation of the air conditioning unit, should any pre-existing issues with the furnace be discovered, Total Aire Care shall not be held liable for the replacement or repair of the furnace. Any such issues identified during the A/C installation remain the sole responsibility of the owner.
  9. Acceptance of Rules:
    By entering, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of the contest organizers, which are final and binding.
