Total Aire Care did a great job installing our new furnace. Austin and Randy did the work. They were very knowledgeable and work as team. they protected our carpets with runners and did a good clean up when finished. The explained how the furnace worked. The Total Aire Care Install team were very professional, polite, and efficient. They removed an old AC unit, oil furnace and oil tank and replaced with a new AC unit and natural gas high efficiency furnace with new thermostat. This install was done November 15 during a cold snap and all measures were taken to minimize the time without heat and keep my 94 year old mother warm. 4 persons were provided to remove old equipment and install new equipment quickly and 6 space heaters were provided to keep the house toasty warm. We were very pleased with the work that Ayinde and Yusif did while cleaning the ducts. They were polite and accomodating when their vehicle had to be moved. They informed us as to what the procedure entailed. Also they moved back furniture, which we had moved for their convenience.

We knew our furnace/AC were old when we bought our house a few years ago, so I've made a point of having them serviced ahead of each season. I had a 'reliable' competitor do the initial tune-up and they said I was in need of a replacement. A salesman was by later that day and provided their prices and timeline. Preferring to get a second opinion, I asked some colleagues if they had any recommendations for service providers, and I was put on to Total Aire Care. They were able to attend a day later to do a tune-up. I told them nothing about the first company's visit. They too arrived at the same conclusion, and the technician was able to provide a quote for a new system on the spot, along with any discounts or rebates that would be applicable. They were able to beat the 'reliable' company by a significant amount AND come next-day to install. As promised, at the specified time, they were on-site, and what I thought was important: had enough labour to do it all, and do it effectively. Though I made myself available for the day for any questions/help, etc, they were able to carry on with minimal disruption to us, the house, our pets, etc. They were able to rectify a few existing HVAC issues they found along the way, and especially: corrected 2 small gas leaks they found during install. They also did very well to tidy up after they were done, and ensure everything was up and running correctly. They reiterated, repeatedly, that if there were *any* concerns, please reach out, they want to help. Very happy with the whole experience, and happy to recommend them on to my clients when they are looking for work on their own homes.

We have used Total Aire Care now to build return air ducts, to clean our ducts, and to install a new furnace and A/C. I've never experience a total team of people (from the owners to everyone who works at this company) who are more considerate, professional, responsive, and kind. This team goes above and beyond. I unhesitatingly recommend their service.

I asked about 6 companies for an estimate to replace our furnace and central air. The first company promptly shut off my gas service due to residue on my chimney flue. The other companies only gave me estimates. James took the time to use a meter to check for leaks and stuck around to change it to a repair in 42 days tag. James' quote included a filter and vent cleaning no charge and a great price overall. Impressed #1 I also called a friend who works in the service side of the industry who gave the company a thumbs up! Impressed #2 The install day Randy, Matty and Austin showed up on time and stuck around for 10 hours fixing some issues that cropped up along the way. Gurveer stopped by too. Impressed #3 Several days later Keatley installed an Ecobee smart thermostat that I wanted changed. Impressed #4 I wanted my humidifier hooked into the system. I have a feeling that will be done quickly and right as well. Impressed #5 Finally, when I call or email one of the owners responds Gurveer or James. Impressed #6 I run a business.
